The duration of the Sub-Fund is 5 years but may be extended by up to 2 additional years for exit. WPE invests in small to mid-cap companies from Series B to Pre-IPO stage and its investment sectors comprise of Education, New-Economy/Deep-Tech/Robotics/ AI, E-commerce/Gaming, Healthcare/MedTech, Renewable Energy, Consumer and Real Estate industries. Investment ticket size ranges from S$1.0 to 3.0 million per deal.
As an associate of W Capital Markets, W Capital Private Equity VCC will be able to value-add strategically to W Capital Markets by investing into promising small-medium enterprises in Singapore in addition to the various investment banking/ corporate finance/ mergers and acquisitions/ IPOs that are currently provided by W Capital Markets.
